Born in the prairies Walter grew up in a very rural area where he was heavily influenced by the sounds coming from the family shop or truck radio.  Chief among these sounds would be Honky Tonk, outlaw country, and earlier days of Rock and Roll.

When it was time for Walter to make his way in the world, like many of us, Walter hadn't a clue where to begin.  Having always gone by the beat of his own drum... Walter adopted a lifestyle of flipping a coin over opportunities that came his way.  "It's in fate's hands now!"  he would often comment.

In fate's hands those coinflips would see Walter complete years of military service,  trades course in college, and now finds him on an exciting musical journey playing songs heard from shop radio way back when, to his original work inspired by his musical heroes.

Who knows?  Maybe that coin will bring WILD WALTER to a stage near you!
